Most people feel an improved sense of wellbeing and experience a sense of deep relaxation sleeping deeply that night. Sometimes clients have experienced a mild headache, feeling tired and need to go to the toilet more often following their treatment. These reactions should pass within 24-48hrs and are a normal part of the healing process.

How many treatments should you have?

There is no magic formula for the number of treatments as each client has different needs. Some clients find a monthly session is enough to maintain wellbeing.

Often, if a specific outcome is sort, a course of 4 to 6 treatments may be best with longer intervals between treatments as wellbeing improves.

After your first or even second treatment, your therapist will discuss the best way forward. In some cases this may even be to refer you to another complementary therapy or therapist with specialist training.
